Spring into Fall by enrolling in the next 6-week Boxing Fundamentals Class that will begin from 9/19/2014 to 10/31/2014. Whether your fitness goal is to get in shape or to take your conditioning to a higher level, the 6-week Boxing Fundamentals Class is for you! In this class you will not only be able to improve your fitness level, but also begin to learn the art of "sweet science", one of the oldest forms of Western Martial Arts.
