Gym is open to the public and personal training is available M-F from 5am- 9pm, and 8am-2pm on Saturday.

Boxers are the most fit of all athletes and you can look and feel like one of these athletes. The boxing coaches will teach you how to burn calories and build muscle as you learn the sweet science and have fun.
1. Jump rope – 2-3 rounds

3. Heavy bag – 2-3 rounds

4. Double-End bag – 2-3 rounds

5. Hand Pads – 2-3 rounds
