General Evening Classes:
Youth Boxing Class (Ages 10-15):
Kids will learn boxing fundamentals and get in the boxing shape. If they choose to pursue boxing and begin competing in the tournaments the cost of the gym will go down to 75$ per month.

White Collar Boxing:
This program emphasizes boxing techniques and physical conditioning. In the class you will train like a boxer without having to compete (unless that is what you desire). Regardless of your current skill levels, you will find elements of the training that fit your needs. There is also complimentary workout for new students.
Get ready for an authentic boxing workout that you may never experience before . This is the REAL DEAL and it is not a cardio boxing class taught by some aerobics teacher. Prepare yourself to be put through the pace of a professional boxers workout. Experience the thrill of punching the heavy bag, shadowboxing in the ring, mastering the speed bag, and hitting the focus pads with your coach. Boxers are the most fit of all athletes and you can look and feel like one of these athletes. The boxing coaches will teach you how to burn calories and build muscle as you learn the sweet science and have fun.

Women's Boxercise Classes:
If you desire to shed a few extra pounds, relieve stress and boost your self confidence then THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU! Try one class free of charge and see for yourself. Please arrive ten minutes early and ask for Stacey or Steve.
To meet summer time demand the women's boxercise class hours have been extended to Wednesdays and Fridays 7:15pm -8:15pm

8. Conditioning exercises 3 times a week
