Who doesn’t want to have a strong and healthy body–but what about a relaxed and peaceful mind?

We spend hours in the gym trying to get leaner, stronger, and healthier–feel good about yourself when we look in the mirror. After a gym workout, some of us rush home to shower, eat, take care of the family, and hopefully–off we go to a yoga class. It calms us, makes us peaceful and relaxed, better suited to roll with the punches that life throws at us daily.

With the collaboration of Slava Boxing & Fitness and Core Theory Fitness that is precisely what you will get! We will be offering a program that covers both!

30 minutes of heart-pumping boxing training, followed by 30 minutes of yoga!

 

Introductory Boxer/yoga workshop:

The workshop will consist of 30 minutes of (active) boxing training followed by 30 minutes of body/mind relaxation.
